commission terms of service
• I have the right to use your commission as an example on my website.• Please allow me at least 2 months before requesting a refund. I will try to have your commission done within a month, but sometimes life happens-- if you message me though I'm willing to update you on why.. You can view my trello for announcements as well.• Do not turn commissions you buy from me into NFTs.• Discuss commercial use with me first.• Payment typically upfront via invoice, but I'm willing to discuss payment plans for orders over $100-- 50% will be required upfront and is nonrefundable.
design/adopt terms of service
• Do not resell for more than what the design was originally worth unless you have personally commissioned artwork for it, then you may add the price of that commission.• I allow resells of my designs no matter what, even if you got it as a gift or trade; But you can only sell it for the design's original worth unless you have PERSONALLY commissioned pieces for it. And yes, this still applies even if the design has a lot of art from its previous owner.• Do not turn any adopts you get from me into NFTs.• Discuss commercial use with me first.• Payment usually upfront, but I'm willing to discuss payment plans for designs over $100-- 50% will be required upfront and is nonrefundable.• You cannot attach your own rules to my designs, i.e. "you can only sell back to me" etc. Your preferences do not override my personal ToS.• Do not sell or trade any of my designs to people on my blacklist. If I catch you doing it, you will be blacklisted as well.
